Returns
You must contact us before returning any item.
Items must be returned to the address provided on the packing slip. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted or may be delayed.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the item is received and inspected in accordance with our returns policy.
