RETURNS POLICY
At Padz Gaming + Collectables, we specialise in pre-owned and collectable items. Please read the following returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item.
To be eligible for a return:
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• Any packaging, manuals, inserts, accessories, or included items must be returned where applicable.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the listing description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may:
• Offer a replacement (if available)
• Offer a partial refund
• Issue a full refund upon return of the item
We may request photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.
CONDITION OF USED ITEMS
Most items sold by Padz Gaming + Collectables are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
Signs of age, wear, marks, scratches, sticker residue, cosmetic imperfections, and other condition issues that are clearly shown in photographs or described in the listing are not considered faults.
Customers should review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
TRADING CARDS
Trading cards are sold as collectables. Card condition can be subjective and may vary between collectors.
Please review all photographs carefully before purchasing.
Returns will not be accepted solely due to disagreement with a card's grading potential or expected grading outcome.
SEALED PRODUCTS
Sealed products may only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original condition unless they are faulty.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
